While we offer our customers a choice of shipping methods, we will, where we feel in the best interest for our customers, chose an alternative, less expensive method on your behalf without compromising any tracking availability or time. We can, upon request, ship 1st Class mail providing it does not exceed the weight set by USPS. Please inform us of any special instructions with your order, we will be more than happy to assist with your personal requirements.
International orders: All international orders are shipped via USPS and shipping rates vary depending on weight and destination. You will be notified by email of your shipping cost before your credit card is charged if we feel the cost is above a reasonable amount. If you accept the shipping cost we will then proceed with your order as requested. Orders not exceeding 1.8 kg (4 lb) are able to ship 1st Class. If within 60 days you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, simply return it to us for a replacement, credit or refund on your invoice for the purchase price. (*Note: monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned except when due to defect. Once placed, your order for these items cannot be returned.) Unless defective, returns must be in resalable condition. If the return is due to our error or defect, please contact us for a reimbursement of all shipping costs.
